New Life 4 Life health assessments are the most extensive in the industry. You will be taken through a full range of tests monitoring your heart rate, body fat, body mass index, flexibility, to name but a few.
During the weeks ahead you will be following an effective nutrition and exercise plan which will improve all the assessed areas. On the last day we carry out the same assessments to show you the improvement that you have made during the course's duration. Below we have listed other key areas that are important to your health and development.
Body Fat Percentage: The amount of body fat you carry measured as a percentage of your total weight. This measurement gives us an accurate indication of how much body fat you carry. It demonstrates your weight reduction over the weeks as loss of fat rather than lean muscle mass.
Body measurement and fitness levels: We will work out the ratio between your body measuraments to find out specific areas that need to be targeted. We will also work out your fitness levels and both will be regularly monitored during the course of the programme.
Diet and Nutrition: We will offer a plan that allows you to eat what you like with an emphasis on nutrition and the correct amount to maintain a healthy weight for life, so there is no need to feel deprived.
How many times have you heard someone say that they think they are too fat and they look perfectly slim to you? Alternatively, another person may acknowledge that they are ‘big’ but feel perfectly fine with their body weight. This programme is an honest and practical look at weight and weight gain. It is mainly designed for people with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of over 26.
