Sheila Pickering
Sheila Pickering is a qualified member of the UK Guild of Hypnosis and the American Guild of Hypnotherapy.  She is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming [ N.L.P.] and Psychology. Sheila is also a graduate of the American Anthony Robbins Association to Leadership Academy level. She is a Reiki Master, Reflexologist, qualified Emotional Freedom Technique [EFT] Practitioner and uses other qualified healing techniques such as EMDR (Eye Movement, Disassociation Reprogramming).

She is a member of Habit Breakers who work across the country to help people to break free of their unwanted habits and negative emotions with one to one sessions and offers group sessions for organisations both in the UK and abroad.
