Your first stop would be to come in and speak to one of our facilitators. This is the initial opportunity to discuss your expectations and the facilitator will take you through the aims of the New Life 4 Life programme. Both you and the facilitator will agree a tailor made action plan to follow. This is a commitment by all concerned that we have a common aim or goal and we all agree to fulfil our part in making it happen. Click here

How long does the programme last?
This is a 14 week course consisting of 1 hour group sessions work, combined with exercise classes. We promote a considerate setting of like-minded people with similar goals. The group is a supportive channel where individuals can explore any underlying issues for example excessive weight gain, lack of confidence or poor fitness levels.
